How long will it take to receive my photos?

It usually takes about 2- 3 weeks to complete the editing of your photos, I will let you know when they are ready and will send you the thumbnails to choose from.

How will I receive my images?

Once your photos are ready, I will send you all your chosen images via an online link with wetransfer to begin your download. Please do save them in more than one place encase you misplace them as I only keep your images on file for 6 months.

If we cancel our booking will we receive our deposit back?

In case you cancel, you will unfortunately not receive your deposit back. This covers any loss in the form of lost bookings and any eventual costs already arisen before the actual session. However, I do understand that unforeseen events can happen, so I will always try to work on alternatives if possible and find a new date for your session.

Do you charge for travel?

Yes, I charge the normal AA rate per km.

Can we get the un-edited images?
 

Unfortunately not. You will be provided with edited images only. Each picture is carefully edited with a representation of my work and artistic skills. Please be sure to look at my portfolio beforehand and see that my work and style are a good match for you.

What to wear for a shoot?

I will send you a colour palette to help give you some guidance beforehand but will also make contact with you either via Whatsapp or Zoom to meet you and chat about ideas before your shoot.Generally speaking, soft pastels and neutral tones work well and patterns are also okay. Try to stay clear of clothing with branding and logos on them.If you are wanting to print photos on canvas for your home, consider what colours the room has in which you are wanting to hang the picture/s.

When do we make payment?

I require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your booking and then the full amount is due the week before your shoot.

Do I get all the images you take?

I thoroughly go through all the images that I take during a session and take out any unusable ones as the first step. I also reduce the amount of duplicates so you can enjoy only the best images for your package.
